General

Kingdom Concert Solutions (KCS) is proud to offer the most professional, well-trained, and enthusiastic team of security volunteers in Minnesota. Our crew members come from across the Upper Midwest, united by their faith and a desire to provide top-notch security services at little or no cost to promoters of all sizes. We are committed to keeping Christian music affordable, and we believe our assistance plays a part in that. We have all witnessed the power of Christian music and its ability to impact lives.

The KCS staff comprises many dedicated, hard-working individuals who volunteer their time and effort to ensure we recruit, train, and support the best possible crew. Great security doesn't happen by accident. KCS is only as good as the volunteers we enlist, and I truly believe we have the best group of people out there.

They can be VERY different depending on the venue of the show, the promoter of the show, and what expectations they have for security.

Absolutely! We typically only work until the show’s intermission, but there is ample opportunity to enjoy the show before then.

A post will be shared on the Kingdom Concert Solutions and Kingdom Concert Solutions Recruits Facebook pages on or around April 15. The form will be on the OneFest page when available.

16 as of August 1st.

Currently we staff around 100 volunteers.

The Festival currently runs on a Friday/Saturday, with music beginning at 3pm Friday. Arrival for Security is NO LATER than Friday morning at 8am. We encourage as many crew as possible to arrive on Thursday afternoon if possible. Thursday is a great opportunity to kick back, relax, get to know other security, set up your campsite, and tour the grounds.

You can bring a tent, an RV, or even sleep in your car. All camping for Security is FREE and Backstage. There are limited electrical sites for RV use only and are first come first served based on form submission. The closest hotels are 10+ miles from the grounds so no one stays in a hotel.

Security crew have fully modern bathrooms (no more porta-potties) with 24-hour shower access.

We now provide an affordable Meal Plan for all security at our backstage group camp site.

Bringing your own food is up to you, but it’s not an easy option.

You are also welcome to purchase food/treats at any of the 25+ food vendors on site.

We run several crews with differing responsibilities. The Gate Crew does three 2hr shifts each day at Backstage and Ticket Gates. The SRT (Strategic Response Team) does a 12 hour shift each day casually patrolling the grounds and responding to situations requiring their expertise. Overnight security is also available, patrolling the grounds using golf carts.

The OneFest Security T-shirt will be provided to you at check-in. Bring several pairs of comfortable shorts for hot daytime weather and pants for the colder evenings. We recommend 2 pair of very comfortable walking shoes in case one pair gets soaked by rain. Bring a sweatshirt for especially cold weather, but it must be worn UNDER your security shirt. A clear plastic rain poncho is also a must for standing in the rain.

There are different types of Facebook Groups you may be added to and each one has a purpose.

The Facebook Group for OneFest staff will be updated each year of the festival and will be populated with those that are selected to that years crew, and its purpose is to communicate with you prior to the Festival Only.  This will be a chat style group, so you can ask questions.

The Telegram group's purpose is to keep you informed prior to and during the festival, The group is set up for only security supervisors to provide information only and is not set up as a chat group.  The information you may be provided will be related to weather, protocol updates, schedule updates, meal time announcements and any other pertinent information that the supervisors see fit.

This group will be deleted each year and rebuilt with those selected to that years crew.
